Should our turnaround time be slightly delayed or materials are out of stock for your goods to be made we will be in touch to provide a clear expected delivery date.

Please add an extra business day to your order if you request an engraving, as our professional onsite engraving team will undertake this ahead of shipping your item/s to you.

EXPRESS POST – DHL

The delivery time for express post shipping is an average of 4 days. The cost is paid by the recipient, regardless of the amount of the order. Orders can be tracked and information will be provided upon order for your tracking details.

For express shipping orders fees may be due upon arrival and customers will be responsible for all associated taxes and import duties for your items including handling fees and customs charges by local government.

To order your engraving, customers should put their product in the cart, choose the engraving font required and select your text.

Our quality craftsman use laser engraving for our products, this is a process that burns the outer surface of the leather and marks to leave a high contrast.

All engraved products are guaranteed for quality – if there is an issue with your product quality we work with you to offer a replacement for faulty items.

Please note, once an item is personalised with laser engraving there are no returns unless the item is faulty or damaged. Engraving will add an extra day in our processing time, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
